The youth presentation night (excluding
Under 15's - see below) is on Friday 10th September starting at
6.30. For further details speak to Graham Horn or your lead age
group coach.
Presentation Night and Dinner - Friday 24th September
28th August 2010
The annual presentation night will this year be
on Friday 24th September at the club. Letters to all Under 15's and
Adult Members are in the post. Please return your acceptance and
cheque to Andy Short BEFORE 20th September. If you don't receive

Despite the overwhelming demand, Kris has done superbly
well and has managed to retain a limited supply of club ties,
so that you can look you best when you attend the Presentation Night
Dinner and the AGM. Please contact Kris Boulton direct as soon as
possible to avoid disappointment. The cost is a mere
£10.
2010 AGM - Monday 1st November

The Annual
General Meeting (AGM) will be held at the club on Monday 1st
November at 8.00 pm. Please come and show your support for the club.
All welcome (although it's probably worth saying that only full
members have voting rights at the meeting). Further details will
follow.

The first team lost their league
decider against Gloucester City Winget. However once again we proved
that we are one of the top teams in the county and, for the
fifth year running are one of the top 25 teams in the whole of the
West of England Premier League. Well done to the first team and bad
luck.
Under 15's losing Bath Youth League finalists
31st August 2010
Bad luck to our Under 15's who
were defeated in the Bath Youth League Final on Bank Holiday Monday. Despite excellent fielding
and attitude, all the bowlers struggled against a strong Corsham
team. Well done to the lads for getting this far (including
defeating Chippenham in the semi's!)

Village Cricket League 20/20 Cup. Biddestone have now held the cup for three of the last five seasons.

Driving on the outfield
The care of our outfield
takes a huge amount of time and effort which can quickly
be undone when people drive on the outfield in wet conditions.
Please DO NOT drive over the outfield to get to the nets,
except in exceptionally dry conditions... which is not now
!
