of girls programme in 2008 to follow
In 2007, to support the Wiltshire Cricket Board, Biddestone Cricket
Club was proud to be asked to host the Under 13 district girls cricket team.
Biddestone CC provided lead coaches, facilities and administration
to the district girls side with players being provided by Biddestone CC, Chippenham CC,
Corsham CC, Calne CC, Marshfield CC and Malmesbury CC. The girls remained on the 'books'
of these clubs and were encouraged to attend mixed coaching and to play in mixed teams at
their home clubs. Biddestone CC provided dedicated girls-only coaching sessions run by our
