Week 1
The scores from the 2nd team and 4th team games are now in and have
been done. Unfortunately we are still awaiting the 1st team results on the WEPL website. I
can reveal however that Josh Boulton and Ben Copeland both scored over 100 points.
Fantasy League 2008 is here!
The new players list can be found using the link below and entries
can now be accepted. All the information, rules, players etc can be found on the website,
or by speaking to league organiser Andrew Lawton. Entries for the 2008 season will still
be accepted, however points from week 1 will be missed. Please get entries to me ASAP if
you would still like to enter.
Entry costs £5, entrants will be chased up should payment not be recieved. 50% of the
total fees will go towards club funds, whilst the other 50% goes towards prize money.

The Rules 2008
Below is a brief outline of the rules as they stand :
- Only competitive Saturday fixtures will count for
points.
- A team must contain 4 batsmen, 2 all-rounders, 1
wicket keeper and 4 bowlers.
- You team may NOT exceed a value of 150.
- There is a maximum of 10 transfers throughout the
season.
- You can only have 1 overseas player in your team
(signified with an O after their name).
- Values are based on points scored last year and
likely team, NOT on a players ability.
