Badminton Cricket Club
A village in South-East Gloucester, 5 miles East of Chipping Sodbury. Take A420
from Chippenham. Right on B4039 to Castle Combe and Burton. At Acton Turville bear right
and take Station Road. As you enter Badminton, turn right on the Luckington Road and first
left down Hayes Lane. The cricket pavilion and ground is on the left behind a low brick
wall.
Charfield Cricket Club
A village in south Gloucester, 2 miles North of Wickwar. Take A420 to Bristol and after 7
miles, at roundabout, right on A46. Over Junction 18/M4 and after 5 miles take left to
Hawkesbury Upton on France Lane. Take High Street around Hawkesbury Upton and continue on
Chase Lane to Wickwar. Turn left on Station Road (B4060)and then right on The Downs
(B4059). After two miles turn right on Wootton Road to Charfield. Continue up the hill and
past the Primary School on the left. Look out for the Village Hall and car park on the
right. The cricket ground is behind the car park.
Chipping Sodbury Cricket Club
A Market town in Gloucester, 11 miles North-East of Bristol. Take A420 to Bristol and
after 7 miles, at roundabout, right on A46. Over Junction 18/M4 and take second main road
left on Badminton Road (A432) to Chipping Sodbury. At the first roundabout drive right
round and exit on St. Johns Way. The Sports ground is on the right hand side.
Coalpit Heath Cricket Club
A village in South Gloucester, 3 miles South-west of Chipping Sodbury. Take A420 to
Bristol and after 7 miles, at roundabout, right on A46. Over Junction 18/M4 and take first
left on Wapley Road (B4465) signposted to Codrington/Westerleigh. Continue straight over
the crossroads on the Westerleigh Road and take third right up Ram Hill, past Bitterwell
Lake on the right. Continue up the hill and take the next left down Serridge Lane (single
track). The cricket ground is on the right hand side.

Corsham Cricket Club
A market-town in North-Wiltshire, 4 miles South-west of Chippenham. Drive from Biddestone
to Corsham. Turn right at traffic lights (Cross Keys cross road) and at next roundabout
turn left and proceed to the Town. Look out for the Methuen Arms on the left. Right
opposite is Station Road and the Corsham Cricket ground is on the left.
Grittleton Cricket Club
A village in North Wiltshire, 6.5 miles North-West of Chippenham. Take the Yatton Road
to Yatton Keynell up Biddestone Lane (TAKE CARE in crossing the A420). Bear left on the
B4039 and then bear right to Grittleton. At the Hullavington crossroads turn right. The
sports field is on the left behind the Village Hall.
Hambrook Cricket Club
A village in South Gloucester, 5 miles North-east of Bristol. Motorway Route - J17/M4 to
J19/M4/M32. Leave J1/M32 left on A4174 and left again on Bristol Road (B4058). At junction
turn right to Whiteshill (stay on B4058). Take a left and then first turning right on
Worrel`s Lane and first left again on Moorend road. Look for Hambrook Primary School on
the right and the cricket ground is adjacent to the car park (Approx 21 miles).
Alternative route - A420 to Bristol, at Pennsylvania crossroad turn right on A46 and over
the M4. Take first left on B4465 (Wapley Road). At road junction straight over on
Westerleigh Road (Do not turn left) and continue on this road until almost seeing the M4
on the left. Turn right on Coalsack Lane, over the A432 to Down Road. Take first left then
right on Bury Hill and follow road to Whiteshill. Take a right on Moorend Road and
Hambrook Primary School is on the right, past Worrel`s Lane. The cricket pitch is adjacent
to the school (Approx 19 miles but may be a slower road).
Hawkesbury Upton Cricket Club
A village in South Gloucester, 1 mile East of Hawkesbury and 4 miles North-East of
Chipping Sodbury. Take A420 to Bristol and after 7 miles, at roundabout turn right on A46.
Over Junction 18/M4 and after approx 5 miles take left to Hawkesbury Upton. Drive on
France Lane and bear left through the village up the High Street. Past Beaufort Arms on
the left and after 50 yards, take the next left lane after the Hawkesbury Primary School.
The cricket ground is at the end of this lane. If you see `The Barton` lane on the left,
you have driven too far.

Kington Langley Cricket Club
A village in Wiltshire, 2.5 miles north of Chippenham. Take A350 (dual carriage way) to
M4. At the first traffic lights turn right to Kington Langley. Drive up Plough Lane and
continue on The Common then, with the Church on the left, bear right into Church Road.
Look out for the village hall and car park on the right with the sports ground located
behind the village hall.
Lydiard Millicent Cricket Club
A village in Wiltshire, 3 miles North-East of Wootton Bassett. Drive through Wootton
Bassett and at end of town at major roundabout go straight over, signposted to Purton. At
second crossroads turn right to Lydiard Millicent and drive through the village. Bear
right down The Street and then left into Chestnut Springs. The cricket ground is at the
end of the road.
Oaksey Cricket Club
A village in Wiltshire, 6 miles South-west of Cirencester. Take A350 (dual carriage way)
to M4. Over on A429 to Cirencester. After 8 miles at Crudwell turn right, signposted
Eastcourt/Oaksey. At top of the hill turn right on The Street and look for the Village
Hall and Oaksey Primary School on the right. The car park is adjacent to the School with
the cricket pitch located behind the school.
Pucklechurch Cricket Club
A village in Gloucester, 4 miles South-West of Chipping Sodbury. Take the A420 to Bristol,
after 7 miles, over roundabout, signposted to Wick. After 3 miles (High Street) at traffic
lights turn right up Naishcombe Hill. Continue on Abson Road to Pucklechurch. As you skirt
the village, follow the road as it sweeps round to the left, turn right on Feltham Road.
Take first left up Castle Road and first left on Hill View Road. The sports ground is on
the right behind the childrens` swings. Right opposite is the `Star` Public House.

Sutton Benger Cricket Club
- A village in Wiltshire, 4 miles North-East of Chippenham. Take the B4069 road to
Swindon. On driving through the village, after the 30mph road sign take the first turning
on the right down Chestnut Road. Follow the road to the end and bear right and the sports
field is on the right, past the village school. If travelling from Swindon (B4069), on
entering the village take a left down Sutton Lane and first right on Chestnut Road. The
sports ground is on the left.
Thornbury Cricket Club
A market-town in Gloucester, 7 miles North-west of Yate. The cricket pitch is located at
The `Ship` Field, Alveston. Join J17/M4 and leave J20/M4. Go south on M5 and leave on J16
on the A38 (Gloucester Road). Approx 3.5 miles to Alveston and after the Shell Garage turn
left at traffic lights on B4061 on the Thornbury Road. Look out for The Ship Hotel on the
right and Cricket ground is adjacent to the Hotel.
Alternative venue for Sunday 15th July - It is possible that the Biddestone home game may
be switched and played at Tockington. Follow the Directions as above but 2 miles after
leaving M5 on the A38 turn left to Tockington on the Washingpool Hill Road. After ¾ miles
look for Tockington Manor School on the right and the cricket ground is right opposite.
Westerleigh Cricket Club
A village in Gloucester, 2.5 miles South-West of Chipping Sodbury. Take A420 to Bristol
and after 7 miles, at roundabout, right on A46. Over Junction 18/M4 and take first left on
Wapley Road (B4465) signposted to Codrington/Westerleigh. After 3 miles, turn right down
Shorthill Road. At the bottom of the hill on the left, is the Westerleigh village hall
opposite The Quadrangle. The car park and sports ground is behind the village hall.
Wickwar Cricket Club
A village in Gloucestershire, 4 miles north east of Chipping Sodbury. Take the A420 to
Bristol and after 7 miles, at the roundabout, turn right onto the A46. Over Junction 18 of
the M4 and then take a left on the Badminton Road (A432) to Chipping Sodbury. At first
roundabout take the right onto the B4060 signposted to Wickwar. Continue on the Sodbury
Road leading to the High Street. At the end of the town, take aleft onto The Downs and
take the second left up the track to the King George V Playing Fields.
