Message from Kevin Mitchell
'I would like to offer my sincere apologies for my unavailability throughout  the duration of this season. Although the circumstances regarding my absence have been unavoidable I would like to thank the club and the committee for their understanding. I would also like to thank Alan Crisford, Neil Millard, Mike Chrystal, Daryll Smith and everyone who has helped to run the 3rd team in my absence.'

Biddestone batted first and although two batsmen ( Phil Boore 29 and Chris Casey 22 ) got a start no-one went on to make a reasonable score against some reasonably tight bowling and we were all out for 134 in 42.1 overs. ( Lawrence Roots 16, Josh Boulton 12, and Sam Boor 12 were other scores, no others in double figures )
Mildenhall, against some tight bowling by Josh Taylor 6 overs 2 for 31, Tom Sorsby 12 overs 2 for 22, Andy Marsh 12 overs 1 for 25, Josh Boulton 7 overs 2 for 26 and Sam Boore - in the fading light at the end to try and buy a wicket - 3.4 overs 1 for 14 struggled past the line at 135 for 8 in 42.4 overs.
