or to nets as that takes away valuable coaching time. Instead please

it is really important that we avoid taking up
the first few coaching sessions, net sessions and matches of
the new season with paperwork that could and should have been
completed and dealt with beforehand.

Ken Roots
29th March
It is with great sadness that I write to advise
the death of Ken Roots, father of our first team wicket-keeper
Lawrence.
Ken lost his battle against cancer on 29th March. He
was a great supporter of the club and was always to be seen at
games, from the early days of youth cricket right up to the first
team games of last season. We shall particularly miss him when the
season gets underway later this month. Our thoughts are with
Margaret, Lawrence and the family and close friends of the Roots
family at this time.

10pm on Thursday nights from 1st March and is opening on Sundays
starting on 25th March.

County Cricket
Comes to Biddestone
11th
January
The club is delighted to announce that it will be
hosting a prestigous Over 50's County match in the DM Sports
League. The match will take place between Wiltshire Over 50's and
Surrey Over 50's on Thursday 14th June with the match
starting at 1.00 pm. Obviously everyone is very welcome.
